About the Florida Judgment Interest Calculator
This site provides a general Florida post-judgment interest estimate using published statutory rates. It is designed as a public educational tool and referral resource, not a certified payoff or court-filing system.
The calculator uses the Florida CFO-published daily-rate decimal, applies the entry-quarter rate through year-end, and adjusts the rate each January 1 under the general model in section 55.03(3), Florida Statutes.
The site is independent of the Florida government. Official government sources are linked directly for verification.
